Getting a refund from relume

Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone here has had success getting a refund from Relume? I completely forgot to cancel my subscription, and it just renewed automatically. The charge was extremely expensive for me, and it took all the money I had left in my account – now I’m down to just a few euros.
I really didn’t mean to continue the subscription, and this has put me in a tough spot. I’ve already sent an email to support@relume.io, but I’m not sure how quickly they’ll respond.
This is really urgent for me, so if anyone has any advice or has been through something similar, I’d truly appreciate any help 🙏

Just to add – I totally forgot about the subscription, and honestly, I never planned to continue using it. I only needed it for a one-time project and didn’t expect or want it to renew.

It was a genuine mistake, and now I’m really stuck because of it. Hoping support can help, but if anyone knows a faster way to sort this out, I’d be super grateful.
