Figma to Webflow plugin in a Relume project for color variables

At a glance

A community member asked if anyone has tried using the Figma to Webflow plugin in a Relume project to sync color variables. Another community member responded that the plugin works, but they recommend naming the variables the same in Figma as in the clonable style guide to avoid duplication. They noted that on Webflow, the primitives are called "Base Color - Brand", while in Figma, the collection is called "Primitive / Color Brand". The community member hopes the Relume team can make it easier to sync Figma variables with Webflow.

Have someone tried to use the figma to Webflow plugin in a Relume project to get the color variables in-sync?

I just tried and it works somehow! But we should name the variables the same in Figma as in the clonable style guide first, to avoid duplicating those variables.
On Weblow primitives are called - Base Color - Brand.
On Figma, that collection is called “Primitive / Color Brand”

Hopefully the Relume team can think about it to make it easier to have Figma variables and Webflow synced. 🙏
