Hi, I'm having issues syncing my sitemap and wireframe into Figma. I have installed the Relume Kit and Plugin into Figma. Is there an issue on the Relume server side?

hmm this actually doesn't usually happen within the Figma Plugin but when it does happen elsewhere its usually related to the user's network - not necessarily a broader issue with our systems.

Are you running any kind of VPN?

I'm receiving the same issue and unable to import my site into webflow.. No VPN..

can you record a quick no-audio screen recording by chance?

It only seems to happen for 1 of my projects. I've even duplicated the project and it still occurs

First time attempting to importing the project into Webflow today. Although it's been lingering inside relume for a couple weeks

I was able to duplicate your project and I also see the error - definitely something specific with this project but I would have no idea what really. I will have to pass this to the engineering team to diagnose from here.

like a workaround to keep you moving - the best one I can think of is to continue editing the style guide, and then copy/paste in the homepage components manually. Looks like 6 sections with navbar/footer making it 8. Take about 5 mins or so to copy into Webflow, and then you can style them?

or actually you can just copy the entire homepage from site builder into webflow in one click - sorry just woke up

Haha no stress, going to test if i just create a new project and copy everything inside there

so when we get import working for you again and you go to import the rest of the pages - you would just do the option of "create new pages" and then delete the homepage that it creates

and yeah thats an interesting route as well

shoot honestly, I had no idea you could copy site builder pages from one tab to another like that, thats wild

Yes, I have VPN but its turned off. Reading your conversation with Tesfa Haile, I tried copying my project but its still not working. And for me, I was able sync with Figma a few months back. Any work arounds?

I've had VPNs say they are turned off, but aren't actually - any way to be 100% certain before we move to the next step?

It's not connected. It worked before a while ago and my VPN was on then and I had no issues. Something on Relume end has changed. Any other solutions? This is starting to hold up my project.
