Exporting Ai-generated Text from Relume Wireframe

At a glance

The community member is trying to export the AI-generated text from their Relume wireframe to send to a copywriter for review. However, when exporting to TXT or CSV, it only exports the prompts, not the actual text on the pages. The community members were advised that exporting to Figma or Webflow would export the full wireframes, including the text. They were also suggested to share the project directly within Relume Site Builder, either through a comment-only link or by adding the copywriter to the team. However, the comment-only link did not allow the copywriter to copy the text, and adding them to the team was not ideal. In the end, the community member shared through Figma, but found it inconvenient as it required several clicks to access each text box. The community members provided feedback to the Relume team about the limitation of comment-only links not allowing text copying.

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I need to export the AI generated text from my Relume wireframe so that I can send it to our copywriter for review. When I export TXT or CSV, it seems to export my prompts, not the actual text that is on the pages that we created. How do I export the actual text in the wireframe???

Hi Bryon, that's a great question.

The export TXT & CSV exports only include the Sitemap view (list of sections). They don't export the Wireframes at the moment. (I sorry that the wording is a little confusing here - CC )

Exporting to Figma or Webflow will export the full wireframes, including your text. Perhaps exporting to Figma could work to share with your copywriter.

I would suggest sharing the project directly inside of Relume Site Builder. You can share a comment only link, or add them to your team & give them edit access. That way you'll be able to keep the latest version of the text in 1 place. ๐Ÿ™‚

I shared the comment only link but they were not able to copy the text (restricted?). They are a 3rd party provider so I was trying to avoid adding to team as we donโ€™t work with them frequently enough to justify that expense. In the end I shared through Figma but thatโ€™s not ideal, as it takes several clicks to access each text box. Seems like, in the age of AI, this should be much easier ๐Ÿ˜•

I'll pass on that feedback to the team Bryon.

Thanks for pointing out that comment-only links don't allow people to copy text. That's an oversight on our part.
