Hey guys, I was wandering if we have a component like layout28 but the copy underneath the headers is hidden until you click on that bit specifically. Or if anyone could advise me how to adjust the animation to that I would greatly appreciate it

Yeah I think Layout 28 could get you pretty darn close. This could be a fun one to try to do but I likely wouldn't get to playing around with it until next week.
I wanted to point this out in case you wanted to take a stab at it but you could have the lower text hidden by default, and on tab change, reveal it.
On tab change, have the height of the tabs one size, and then larger when opened.
Combine this with the "only siblings" of the interaction - should totally be possible.

Good things take time...with that being said, thank you for your patience! I have it about 95% there. You could probably get it 100% with some custom javascript but I'm already about an hour into it. The last 5% is having one of the "tabs" open on scroll into view.
I turned it into a clonable so you can just get up and going with the interaction and take it from there.

At first I tried to apply some interactions to the tabs but ran into some limitations - however I still think it can be doable.
I ended up using a combination of Layout 28, and FAQ accordions with drop downs - since basically they are just accordions. Which is why I think there's still something possible with mimicking the interactions from Layout 351.
I'm sure there will be some other bugs or limitations that come up. Check it out, let me know what you think.
