Discrepancy between annual starter plan and free plan

At a glance

A community member is currently on an annual starter plan, but the Manage Plan section shows they are on the free plan. They have tagged @Matt and asked for assistance. Another community member, @Diego - MotionGurus.co, has requested the first community member's Relume account email, and the first community member has responded that they have sent a direct message to @Matt as they are unable to create a new project due to being paywalled.

I'm currently on an anual starter plan yet under Manage Plan it says I'm on the free plan.

@Matt if you could lend a hand that would be amazing, thanks and sorry for hassle ๐Ÿ™
