Copying web parts into webflow: issues and solutions

Hello all, I am having issues copying web parts into Webflow. I exported from Relume into Figma. When I try to copy for example the header in Figma and paste it into webflow I get an error saying my clipboard is empty. How do I fix this issue?

Do you have the Figma to Webflow extension installed? Without that (and auto-layout), Webflow doesn't communicate with Figma objects and whatnot.
