I've tried this on firefox, and I am having the same issue

has this worked for you in the past? Are you getting any kind of errors?

It used to work fine . Unclear whether its a windows issue or if its the relume site. I just download the SVG file instead now.

I’m having the same issue…also tried clearing cache, cookies and browser history - no luck….use to work for me.
