How to Collect URLs from Submitting Forms in Formly

Does anyone know how to collect URLs of the page that a form was submitted from? (Using Formly)

Hey! You can use some custom code to pass the current page’s URL into a form input field and that will get submitted with the form.

I added the code to the site settings and added the hidden input field on my form (the first field). Here's a read-only link and the result is attached
