I have a friend who uses Dubsado. I don't know about it though.

what can you do with bonsai? Can it integrate with payment processor?
Is it also a project management tool?

I didn’t really like Bonsai, tried a couple others but didn’t have what I was looking for. I stuck with Notion for project management and client portal, and I use Stripe for payment processing.

I use stripe as well. How does Notion compare with Clickup?

I haven’t used Clickup, I’ll check it out. Notion takes a little getting used to but you can create almost anything you need to manage your business. You can also find a lot of templates.
