Cancelling an active plan with conflicting account information

I have been trying to cancel my plan and cannot seem to do so.. on one hand my account says that my plan is cancelled starting today an on the other hand it wont let me remove my paymnet method because it says I have an active plan. I would like to remove my payment method so I do not have any unauthorized payments coming out of it and get confirmation that my account is actually closed. I see no where to do this and I see no where to get help. Can someone please help me make sure this is cancelled?
