Hello!

I'm looking to build a website for my mom's health business and could use some advice on where to start. I have some initial ideas and tools in mind, but I'm not sure how beginner-friendly they are.
Here's what I'm thinking of using:

  • Relume AI for wireframing and structuring the website.
  • Figma for designing the UI and creating prototypes.
  • Webflow for building and launching the website.
I have a few questions:
  1. Is this tool combination suitable for a beginner? I've heard good things about all three, but I’m not sure how steep the learning curve is.
  2. Are there any specific tutorials or resources you'd recommend to get started? I'm eager to learn but want to ensure I'm following a good path.
  3. Is there anything else I should consider or be aware of when starting this project? Any tips or pitfalls to avoid would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

This is the full process yes.
Now, if you don’t know any of those tools, it could take some time to be confortable using them. You can obviously look at some youtube tutorials, there is plenty of figma courses out there (Flux Academy, DesignCourse just to name a few) and the Webflow academy is amazing to learn with.
If your mother need a website soon and you’re not completely ready, you can search for templates as well and directly work with them in Webflow.
Last option, of course, is to contact a professional. Lucky you, there is plenty out here. 😉

To add to Viktor's awesome reply, I have this to say:

  1. Shift Nudge Figma 101 - its a free masterclass on Figma. Comprehensive! No other course will come close to this one for Figma.
  2. Webflow University - do their courses - Webflow 101 and a few others would be a great way to start.
  3. Relume Resources - our new website with docs and videos to learn how all these tools work together.
  4. This slack community - you already took the first step - welcome! Let's build! 🚀

Thanks for the answers!
These really helped!
