Hello everyone, For the second time I'm facing the same problem. When I get a billing issue with Relume (late payment).. then I go to pay my late invoice.. My account is stuck on you have 0 projects left. I logged out and in, made a hard refresh.. nothing is changing.
yeah when you dont cancel your sub we generate an invoice and you likely have other past due invoices. Best to cancel then resume rather than just not paying. Email support@relume.io and weโll get it sorted.
