hello - im wondering where i do or who i talk to in regards to billing. i thougth i had signed up for monthy billing and my boss just got a 1400 charge on his card??!?!

Hey Dan, sorry i just noticed this thread. i meant to purchase 1-2 seats billed monthly but i just recivied an invoice for what looks like 3 seats billed annually....
we might be interested in that down the road a bit... but 1400 was a bit of a shocker, and i just got an additional charge of 96 today?
