Avoiding Timeline Bar in Footer and Navbar

At a glance

Hey, how can I avoid the timeline bar from appearing in my footer when I scroll down? I can also see it above the Navbar a bit when I scroll up. I followed the 3 instructions for using the Layout 352 component that appear when you first paste it in, the bar doesn't show up anywhere else on the page just in the footer and Navbar. Thanks!

Happens on mobile too

You need to set the z-index of the other sections, and add a background color (even if it's solid white).

I have background colors for all the sections including navbar and footer. Changing the footer position from static to relative fixed it for the footer, not sure why honestly but seems like it didn't break anything. Changing the z-index for the navbar to 1 did not fix the issue. Any other ideas or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

check the z-index of the timeline section?

It's at -3, the default value
