Avoiding new class generation when pasting Relume components in Webflow with Sync Mode on

At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue with Webflow's Sync Mode, where it generates new classes when pasting Relume components, even though Sync Mode is turned on. Another community member suggests that if there are any "2" classes, the sync may not work well and create "3" versions. The solution proposed is to remove the "2" classes, which may help the sync work better. A community member also shared a read-only link to their Webflow project, but mentioned that not all classes seem to sync correctly after deleting the "text-size-medium 2" and "text-size-medium 3" classes.

I have Sync Mode turned on but Webflow still generates new classes when pasting Relume components. Do you have any idea how to avoid it?

I've found if, somehow, I've ended up with some " 2" classes, that the sync then doesn't work as well and wants to create the " 3" versions. In those cases, aside from totally undoing whatever caused the mess, you can go to your classes and remove the " 2" ones. Then Sync seems to work better.

Would you mind sending a read-only link?

Here is the link

But i deleted classes “text-size-medium 2” and “text-size-medium 3". Not all seems to sync correctly.
Thanks 👍

oh, good to hear!
