Adding Rich Text to Collection Templates

A community member is trying to add a rich text element to a collection template, but it is not syncing or binding to the collection, even though everything else on the collection template is working fine. Hey all, not specifically a relume issue, but trying to add a rich text element on a collection template, and it just won't seem to sync or bind to the collection so that I can pick the rich text from that collection. Everything else on the collection template works and binds just fine. I'm really confused
