Hey!

I'm having issues with accessing the Relume Premium Figma kit. I have no trouble accessing the Free Relume kit and opening it on Figma, but when I try clicking on the Premium version, nothing happens. I have already paid for Relume and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

can you DM your Relume email and he can push you through trial if you are ready to get going with the pro kit. You said you've already paid for it but I think that you are just in the 7 day trial - so we'll end the trial and then you'll have access to the kit.

I'm not on the trial. I've been paying for the starter kit for 2 months now.

okay, got it - let me take a look.

you are grabbing the figma kit from this page - yeah? https://www.relume.io/figma-library

Correct. When I click on it, nothing opens, whereas, when I click on the free kit, it immediately opens in Figma.

can you please just entertain a couple of troubleshoot things for me before we escalate this to the developers?

  • Can you logout of Relume and log back in.

I relogged and tried again. Same story.

when was the last time this figma kit link worked for you?

or the last time you've tried to copy it

As I've been on the Relume Starter plan for a little over a month now, I honestly can't remember if I tried opening it before, but currently I have no recollection of it.

okay, can you DM me your email on the account?

I appreciate all the help!

okay, I grabbed the email

alright, one last thing - can you clear your cache (not your cookies, thats annoying!) but just your cache. Just want to make sure its loading the right link for you.

Thanks man, I appreciate you jumping through the hoops with me on this one - the link is working fine for me and I would also imagine we'd have more widespread alerts if it didn't work for others, so I'm trying to eliminate the basics here first.

I cleared my browser cache, relogged into Relume again and tried opening the kit, and again nothing happened.

And not a problem man. I know how it is in customer service. It can be a pain dealing with people that don't listen or follow procedure

okay haha, let me see what I can do here

It's likely an issue on my end, because I doubt this issue is happening to everyone using Relume

yeah exactly - once I get 2 or 3 alerts of an issues, its a pattern and we can usually resolve most issues pretty quickly - I'm escalating it now. I know its getting late for you Lucas so I can follow up via DM here once resolved. Really sorry for the issues here but we'll get it sorted! πŸ’ͺ

If you were planning on pulling an all-nighter and cranking on stuff tonight though let me know and we can figure something else out too.

No worries. Keep me posted and appreciate the effort!

one more thing - when you are clicking on the button, you can't right click and open in a new tab, you have to just click on the button - are you right clicking by chance or?

I'm left-clicking (on PC). I've mentioned that I've had no issues opening the Free Relume Kit in Figma. I assumed the interaction would be the same with the Premium version.

it is in a sense, but with the premium figma kit we are redirecting you, so if you just click on the button - not trying to open it in a new tab or anything like that, is the only way the link will work.

left clicking the button*

Not sure I follow, sorry. When I click on the link, nothing on the page or in Figma changes.

No new tab is opened either.

Our developers are asking for a quick loom - or screen recording - no audio - is that possible at all?

I'll send one asap

It's not Loom, but it's a screen recording.
