okay interesting, I literally had that page open and tried the button and it worked. How long ago did you sign up or upgrade to Pro? And has this button worked for you in the past?

I've had the account for a while, so it is also interesting. Haha I'll keep trying.

I believe the button has worked in the past for my teammate.
