Accessing issues with the relume site

A community member is experiencing issues accessing the Relume site and their library. Other community members confirm they had similar issues accessing the site, with one member based in Asia noting they couldn't access the site for most of the afternoon the previous day. The issues included slow loading and occasional failure to load assets in the library. However, the issues seem to have been resolved, as one community member indicates they are now able to access the site without any problems.

Anyone else having issues accesing the Relume site? I can’t open the main site or my library

Yep, I was having a lot of trouble about 12 hours ago.

What issues are you having?

I’m able to access it now. Yesterday I couldn’t access the site at all for most of the afternoon. I’m based in Asia, so not sure if was something to do with your servers this side of the world.

alright yeah I was not aware of any issues but doesn't mean there weren't any. Most of the team is in (or close to) your timezone too. At any rate, really sorry for the inconvenience there - we know how important the library is to your workflow.

- browsing assets in the library was difficult. They were slow to load and occasionally just didn't load. The entire library site was slow.
