A community member added a team member to their Relume account for testing purposes, but now there is a 343.45 charge on their bank account, even though the team member has been deleted. The community member is asking if it's possible to get a refund for this charge. Other community members have suggested emailing the Relume support team at support@relume.io to get this issue resolved.
so i added a teammember to my relume just for testing. now therre is again 343,45 written off of my bank account but the teammember is already deleted??? how can this happen? is it possible to get a refund from this?
