Issue with Resizing Divs in TEAM 2 Webflow Element

Hey all! I am having issues with the TEAM 2 Webflow element. Ungrouped the wrapper and and title divs out of the margin div. I would apply this margin to team2_image-wrapper directly instead of using this wrapper div for spacing. (first screenshot)

I changed the height of the team2_item to 100% (second screenshot).

I changed the flex setting to team2_image-wrapper grow if possible (third screenshot).
