Webflow Workflow: Navigating a Transition from Developer-Built Site to Relume

At a glance

A community member, who is a non-web designer, is responsible for a Webflow site and is excited about using Relume. They have a few questions about the best workflow, as the site was built by a developer they no longer have contact with and has a class system that is not the 'Relume recommended way'. The community member is concerned about what to expect when importing their wireframe into Webflow.

In the comments, another community member provides an update that they cannot install the "The Relume Style Guide" onto the site (assuming because it already has a styling system in place) and that importing without styling "funks up the formatting" (assuming something to do with class-sync, which cannot be disabled).

A third community member offers to help the original poster by suggesting they send a direct message (DM) so they can jump on a Google meet and walk them through the process.

Hey everyone, (non-web) designer here who’ recently found myself responsible for our Webflow site; pretty excited about Relume—it seems perfect for my needs and experience.

I’m creating my first page today and have a few questions about the best workflow. Our site was built by a developer we no longer have contact with—It has a class system but not the ‘relume recommended way’ What should I expect when I import my wireframe into Webflow?
