Webflow or Figma: Choosing the Right Design Tool for Your Project

At a glance

A community member asks about the necessity of using Webflow versus simply using Figma for design and having a developer work from dev mode. In response, another community member explains that while both approaches are valid, Webflow offers additional features like hosting and CMS capabilities. They note that while handing designs to developers is a viable option, tools like Relume components can help speed up the development process.

Do you actually need webflow? or is Figma enough to design your project and let your developer use dev mode?

Webflow allows you to build a website but it also provides hosting with cms features.
There are other ways to build a website including handing a design to a dev.
Relume components just speed up the process.
