Webflow crashes when copying components from extension or relume website

At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue where Webflow crashes when they attempt to copy over components from the Relume extension or website. The issue seems to be related to "Card" components and the navbar. Removing the navbar before pasting the components appears to resolve the crashing issue. The community member has tried troubleshooting steps from the Relume website and is willing to share their read-only link to help with further investigation. The Relume team has been responsive and understanding throughout the process.

^^^ I'm having this issue, alongside another when pasting with class sync turned on. Every time I attempt to copy over a component from the extension or Relume website, it crashes Webflow. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps on the website

do you have any insight into what components?

It's hit or miss; I'm having the most issues with "Card" components. After playing around with it last night, I noticed the crashing stopped whenever I removed my navbar from the page before pasting. No clue if they're related but that allowed me to work around it

okay, and you said that it would crash whether you pasted the components in from the extension or from the library on the website? Did you make any edits to the navbar prior to pasting things in?

yes, it would crash from both the plugin and the library on the Relume website. I made some slight edits to the padding / dropdown content but that's really it

Navbar 9 is the component, if that helps

okay awesome, and just in case it might help with troubleshooting - would you mind sharing your read-only link? Thanks for all of those details - really appreciate it. Also appreciate your grace and patience - this is obviously now how we wanted things to start off with you. πŸ˜‰ I'll chat back if I have any updates!

Sure! I'll send that over tomorrow morning. And no worries; been using y'all's product for months now and this is the first time I've had any issues!

Oh okay well thats good - but also still not great - but at least you know the product works and how it works! πŸ˜„
