We Need Super Navs in the Library

Can we PLEASE get Super Navs? 😃 Those tiny little nav bars above the main nav bars with a few links and sometimes dropdowns? I build these all the time. They are easy but would love to have them in the library. I forget where the component feedback list is so sorry in advance for this post.
