Uploading product pictures to the cms

What is the easiest way to upload product picture to the CMS? All the text is on a spreadsheet. How can I put in the images as well?

If the image is hosted somewhere online you can add it’s URL and once you upload it to the CMS Webflow will generate a new URL so it’s hosted on your site (I’m 90% sure that’s how it works)

If it’s not hosted online anywhere, maybe you can add them to your Media Library and grab URLs from there?

If they are hosted on google drive will that work?

I would imagine it wouldn’t.. but maybe you could test that out by adding a google drive link into one row of your spreadsheet and upload to Webflow

so where would it work from?

Hey ,

I think ' answer is pretty solid.

But if you’re not familiar with this process and need to get it done, you can always do it manually if the number of entries is not very high.

However, if you have many entries, I’ve found a workaround for you: host your images on GitHub and make them accessible via Vercel. You can see it in action in this Loom:

I hope it helps! ✌

When I did this before I was bringing images over from a Wordpress site, and when I exported CMS data the link was added in for me. So the images need to be publicly available online. I hope Ömür’s video helps you out :)

I used airtable and finsweet nobull previously but airtable locked down extensions to paid airtable accounts so if you have a paid airtable account, then you are good to go. Another option would be to use Zapier - you can get a lot of transfers on the free plan. There’s no easy solution though.
