Upgrading from free to pro account fails with only teams option available

A community member is having trouble upgrading from a Free account to a Paid Pro account, as the only option available is to upgrade to Teams. Has anyone seen an issue/problem upgrading from an empty (no projects) Free account to a Paid Pro account? I am unable to upgrade, it only allows me to upgrade to Teams.

Hi , it has been some time before hearing from support@relume.io (4 business days) — also there is not a confirmation after sending the mail. I am worried it got lost. Does it usually take awhile before hearing a response? I want to pay you guys, and get going on a project, but this is stalling everything.

understood - I see both your emails, not sure whats going on there. I will ping somebody to jump on this ASAP. I'd be shocked if this is not resolved in the next couple of hours or less.

actually BIG problem - I've alerted the team on it - I am even just going to go ahead and upgrade you to Pro for free for the first 30 days to make up for this - I think you should be good now with Pro features - - check and let me know?
