Hello, Has anyone seen an issue/problem upgrading from an empty (no projects) Free account to a Paid Pro account? I am unable to upgrade, it only allows me to upgrade to Teams.

Hi Matt J., it has been some time before hearing from support@relume.io (4 business days) — also there is not a confirmation after sending the mail. I am worried it got lost. Does it usually take awhile before hearing a response? I want to pay you guys, and get going on a project, but this is stalling everything.
