Troubleshooting login issues with Relume account

hi sorry if this is in the wrong channel but dont know how to use slack. Can someone please help me figure out why i cant log in into my relume account. Its says network error but i can log into the account with different devices that use the same network. I tried clearing cache and i tried different browser but nothing is working

what browser are you using? Do you have a VPN/Proxy on the device where you get that error?

Hi i am using Google chrome and i do have a VPN. I tried it logging in with it enabled and disabled

PC or Mac? I know I know...such a 2012 question.
