ive been having the same issue for 3 days now i hope it gets resolved soon

thanks. Yeah, it won't work page by page either. I really don't want to have to copy everything in separately.

Same here. Tried on many different browsers. Ended up giving up...

are you saying you are using the Relume Webflow app and still having issues, or are you trying to import from somewhere else?

the whole thing is just starting to get on my nerves... I cloned the template, installed the relume app in a new website on webflow. But then what ? I can't find how i can export my relume design... The export menu just says ร‹xport your sitebuilder pages into webflow" but where ?!? like how ?!? It's missing relevant help and guidance. I'm far from being a webflow expert. My only experience with websites is... 25 years of professional web development...

...and i'm turning to relume and webflow 'cos i'm fed up with the dev , obviously , like many of us facing how BS this whole industry went...

Mine finally worked after several hours of trying yesterday. I gave it a rest, came back and tried again and it imported my whole Relume site. Yay!!

not sure if this answers your question, but this is what tripped me up: After cloning the style guide, installing the Relume webflow app, then you go to your relume app in webflow and launch it from there to do the import. I hadn't used any apps before in webflow, so I could not for the life of me figure this out until I just CMD + E in webflow to find where the relume app went.

Step 3 is NOT clear or helpful at all in that part!

๐Ÿ™Œ thank you! Yeah, I believe there was a breaking change that Webflow made, so we had to update the app - and then wait for them to review and approve. So that was all sorted out late yesterday (or early, i guess, depending on where you are at in the world!).

let me know if Natalie's incredible insights were helpful to you or if there are any other questions you may have. I am literally in the middle of writing a full help doc on the webflow app - more resources are on the way - they are coming, I promise!

Thanks ! It's been smooth sailing from then. LOVING Relume.

I just realised that the icon bar on webflow is probably missing some icons, doesn't it ?

and this is the thing ... I don't see the icon where i used to access the apps anymore..?

Ok I don't now what happened, but I had an old tab on which I had open my blank webflow website, and the icon bars had more icons into it... so i just refreshed it and the actual icon bar kept the same, so went to relume app and imported and IT WORKED that time ๐Ÿ™‚

that screenshot of your icons looks like you were in "Editing" mode. This happens if you have the same project open in two different tabs. Even if you had closed that tab and opened a new one right after, the session hasn't timed out yet. So that might also explain why refreshing made the right icons appear again.
