Troubleshooting Inconsistent Image Sizes on Publication

At a glance

The community member has a problem where the third image on their website is smaller than the other two, even though they all have the same classes and parents. The community members discuss possible causes, such as the image files having different heights, issues with the HTML, and duplicating the second element to see if that fixes the problem. In the end, the community member says the issue sorted itself out and it was just a bug. There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

hey everyone,

I have a weird bug that I can't figure out.

I have these three images, they all have the same classes and parents (all the same size) but as soon as I publish the site, the third one is smaller.

What could be the cause?

Are the image files all the same height? Shouldn’t matter right.

What does html show when you inspect it?

did you try just duplicating the second element and pasting in content, theoretically that should fix it.

They all have the same width and height set to auto

What do you mean with duplicating the second element?

There are 3 elements. Duplicate element 2. Replace contents from 3 and delete 3. Maybe that will work.

It sorted itself out, seems like it was a bug, thanks!
