Troubleshooting form submission issues in footer 8

Hello community! Does anyone know why the form I set up from Footer 8 doesn’t show the success message when the email is submitted through the button? It works and shows when I press enter.

Most likely needs to be an actual form button - some of the components are using regular buttons. Something we should refactor. Cc

Thank you for flagging this ! We have updated all the instances where a submit button wasn't used and they should all go live on the next Component Day update 🙂 Thanks Matt
