Troubleshooting a Crashing AI Project on the Dashboard

At a glance

A community member is facing an issue where an AI project on the dashboard crashes after about 20 seconds of loading. They have tried various troubleshooting steps like hard refreshing, logging out/in, and clearing cookies, but the issue persists. The team has been alerted to the issue and is investigating. They have requested the community member to provide a .har file, which is a timeline of assets being loaded, to help understand the issue better. The community member has provided the .har file and mentioned that they were using a VPN and Cloudflare's WARP, which were causing issues. After removing WARP, the VPN started working again, but the issue with the AI project still remains. The team has suggested that the .har file name indicates the use of an app called Proxyman, which could be manipulating the HTTP/HTTPS requests and responses, leading to the issue. The community member has clarified that they are no longer using Proxyman, but the issue persists. The team is still working on resolving the issue and has requested additional information from the community member.

Useful resources

Hi guys,
I am facing an issue on the dashboard when I try to open an AI project. The page opens, it loads, but after about 20 seconds it crashes.
Here is a quick video of the issue > https://cln.sh/HVkJCWzW

I already tried to hard refresh, logged out / in, delete cookies etc.. but still the same issue

Do you any idea why and/or a way to fix it ?

Thanks!

I alerted the team of this issue about an hour after you reported it - apologies for the lack of comms there. We're taking a look, we might have some additional questions to ask you - hope we can resolve this one soon for you.

can we have you download a .har file? Here is a loom that walks you through it. This essentially downloads the timeline of assets being loaded so that we can better understand which assets are not loading properly. Appreciate any help you can provide us in troubleshooting this issue for you!

Hi thanks for helping me πŸ™‚
Here is the file

are you running any kind of VPN?

I am not

But you made me think about something > my VPN was not working anymore on my computer (and the support from the VPN - hotspot shield - did not understand why..) and I was blocked for some websites for no reason

Just found the reason thanks to you is that I have WARP by Cloudflare installed on my Mac (did it to use their tunnelss).

I deleted it, my VPN works and I am not blocked anymore but Relume still does not work..

Here is the .har file updated (after deleting WARP on my mac, cleared again cache, disabled my adblock etc..)

okay but the real reason I asked that is because your har file name has proxyman in it - which I assume is installed on your computer, yeah?

That app literally manipulates HTTP/HTTPS requests/responses - which could lead to issues like you are having - ultimately this is all coming back to Cloudflare - its not something that we can do a ton about since we are using Cloudflare and they are dictating the rules here but we're mostly gathering information so that we know what the core issue is and how to instruct people to resolve it.

I am not using proxyman anymore (not even on my computer) and since Monday I did not change anything and Relume was working

I had a bug when I tried to create a new project importing an URL

So I don't think this is related to this

Hi Relume is the only app where the file I download contains .proxyman.nsproxy.har. I checked at least 10 webapps and the others files are just domain.har.com

Hi how are you ? Sorry but I still have the same issue > I cannot access to the AI projects (and whole Relume site is slow).

Could you help me in resolving this ? I need to use the AI builder but cannot 😞

Here is the .har file
