Trouble with webflow components after cancelling subscription

At a glance

A community member created a free account with Relume, generated wireframes, and built a website using Relume components. Everything worked properly for a week, but then on Webflow, the community member could only see the Heading components. After cancelling the Relume subscription, the community member found that the other page components had disappeared, including those in the style guide, though the sections still existed and the website link still functioned.

In the comments, another community member explained that once components are pasted into Webflow, there is no longer any connection to Relume or the subscription. They requested the Webflow read-only link and the Relume project URL to better understand what may have happened. They also asked if anyone else had access to the project, as they may have accidentally deleted the components.

Hello everyone!
I had created a free acount with relume, generating some wireframes and building my first website using some of your components. Everything worked properly in the past week up until today when on webflow I only manage to see the Heading-components. After a certain point I have cancelled the subscription. On the left side I can see the sections still exist, and on the website link they still function. But whenever I try to go inside webflow, all of the page components have dissapeared, including the ones in the style guide. Could you please help me?

once you have pasted in components into Webflow, there is no longer any connection to Relume or your subscription. So the fact that things are missing in Webflow and that your Relume subscription has been cancelled have nothing to do with each other.

Alright, so in order to better understand what may have happened here, I'll need the webflow read-only link.

And if you started this project using the Relume site builder - if you could also share that project URL with me, that would be helpful for me to know which components used to live here.

Lastly - does anyone else have access to this project in any way? Like a client or colleague that may have accidentally deleted these components?
