Trouble Accessing Projects in Relume Account for Figma Export

A community member is having trouble exporting their projects from their relume account to Figma, even after trying to resync. Another community member has offered to help by sending a direct message.

I have 2 projects in my relume acount, but I can't see when I try to expert to figma, even I press resycn.... can anyone help me, thanks
