Can someone tell me the purpose of the tags here? Is this where you would put the package name or other properties of the project? What would be best? Or to put the name of the package in the description field (below the project name)

I think it depends on what you want to do - but my best guess is that the tags were intended for things like an agency that was listing a set of projects, you would put the services rendered in that tag list.

[Web Design] [Webflow Development] [Branding]

As an example - you would need to nest a collection list into this item to pull those in.
