The payment issue and template copy problem

A community member sent the payment link to the ops team, who made a $380 payment. However, the community member is still unable to copy templates from their library due to a payment problem in Relume. The community member does not want to ask the ops team to make another payment and has the original payment link. Another community member requested the admin account email, and the first community member responded that they sent it.

I sent our ops team the payment link. They made the $380 payment. However, Relume still says there's a payment problem, and I'm unable to copy any templates from my library.

Any ideas how to resolve? I don't want to ask them to make another payment.

I have the payment link I sent to them if that helps.
