okay, I duplicated your project and I am not on the latest version of chrome (yet) and I also got the error

I did not get it while being a view-only user though.

this is good news, makes it a lot easier for engineers to troubleshoot

there was a global section I had copied over from another project - once I removed all instances of that "missing global section" the wireframes worked!

I guess it is in the first line of the error
