Subscription plan issue and lack of response from support

A community member purchased a subscription starter plan for a year on June 10, 2024, but it reverted to the free plan a few weeks later. The community member tried to email hello@relume.io but did not receive a response. Another community member commented "cc" and "Hi, I sent you a DM. Thank you", but there is no explicitly marked answer.

Good day guys. I purchased a subscription starter plan for a year on June 10, 2024. I could access it initially, but it reverted to the free plan a few weeks later.
Where can I raise this issue or how can I solve it? I tried to email hello@relume.io but I didn't receive a response yet.
