Styling Solutions for Cookie Banner 1 Design Issues

Hey, Issue with the "Cookie Banner 1". I got the cookies to work properly but last thing is design problem. How do I need to style this banner so it still works and doesnt give 100vh white screen? I also want to move the "Cookie manager" button that is now sticky left bottom to footer. I tried to change it but if I move it from the "cookie1-wrapper" it wont work.
