Hi, I'm struggling to login to my Relume account. I keep receiving "Network error. Check your internet connection" although my internet is working just fine. I tried restarting chrome, switching off VPN etc but nothing is working. I've used my account with no problem for months. Any suggestions?
sometimes the VPN being shut off might not be 100% shut off - make sure it is. If you are on a commercial network there might be a firewall at the server level that is preventing the connection. Let me know what you find out about all this and we'll go from there.
