How to Set Up a Looped Video in Webflow for Optimal Performance

not related to relume, but what is the best way to set up a looped video in webflow? I currently have a background video element in a div with a 13 second webm video in it. when i go to view a published version, either nothing appears or its choppy. see screenshot for reference.
