Fixing Stroke Issues in Section Layout 374 for Live Site

Hi! I'm having some issues with Section Layout 374 (and layouts that share that template). In the designer view I have added a stroke to the cards in this layout. However, it does not work when I go live. Screenshot from the preview mode in Designer view, and the live site. URL is www.nordicnoodles.se Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? The stroke really is needed to make the cards and combination of logotypes+ text work 😕
