Scrolling Behavior With Short Content Sections

The community member is having an issue with the section_content27 where the heading becomes active when it's near the middle of the page (around 50%). However, when they click on a heading in the menu on the left, the page scrolls so that the clicked heading snaps to the top of the page. The problem arises with shorter texts, where the active state can be triggered for the wrong heading. A community member suggests a potential fix by using a fs-toc-offsettop of 42 (works up to 49.9vh), but this only works when the active state trigger remains at the center of the page. There is no explicitly marked answer for the issue of the active state triggering the wrong heading when the sections have shorter text.
