Sitemap Not Saving Progress: Need Help Troubleshooting

Hey I have a sitemap that does not seem to be saving and if I close the tab I am worried I might lose my progress. When I open the sitemap in a new tab it does not have any of my progress in it, but when I export a CSV it does have all of the new pages. Has anyone experienced this before?
