Saving sitemap progress and exporting to CSV

A community member is having an issue with a sitemap that does not seem to be saving their progress. When they open the sitemap in a new tab, the progress is not there, but when they export a CSV, the new pages are included. Another community member has sent them a direct message (DM) in response, but there is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Hey I have a sitemap that does not seem to be saving and if I close the tab I am worried I might lose my progress. When I open the sitemap in a new tab it does not have any of my progress in it, but when I export a CSV it does have all of the new pages.

Has anyone experienced this before?
