Resolving Subscription Conflicts and Cancellations

Hi. I subscribed to the pro trail and then subscribed to the started trial and then paid for the starter annual plan, but the website is trying to charge my card for the pro plan also because of the trail I subscribed to in the beginning, how can I cancel it?
