Requesting an update on a trial setup

Hi, I'm posting here because I'm encountering an issue and was hoping for some assistance🙏
I've been corresponding with James via email about setting up a trial. We had communicated our hope to start the trial on June 2nd, but we haven't received an update since then.
I thought James might be on leave or unavailable, so I decided to reach out to the community here. If this is still being processed, I sincerely apologize for any sense of rushing.
Could someone please look into this for us? Our team is keen to get started.
