Creating E-Commerce Functionality with Quote Request Form

Hey everyone! Got a technical question. Maybe some of you have found a solution for it: is there any way to create an 'e-commerce functionality' but instead of a checkout experience, just a 'request a quote form submission'?

Nice! The tricky part of this project is that there are 20+ products, and I need customers to be able to select multiple products with their desired quantities. Then, they should only submit one form containing all the selected products and their quantities. Have you heard of any solutions for this?
