Relume account access issue

A community member has been using Relume for a few months, but their login credentials no longer work. The forgotten password process indicates their email address is not registered. They can still see some of their project's sitemaps and wireframes, but they are shown as an anonymous user. Another community member has offered to send them a direct message to try and help.

I've been using Relume for a few months. I just went to log in, and my credentials no longer work. The forgotten password process says my email address is not registered. 🥺 I can still see some of my project's sitemaps/wireframes, etc, but it shows me as an anonymous user. Please help!
