Pricing page layout and banner design

How would I achieve the same look at DocuSign with the product family on the left and the month vs annual pricing on the right? I'm tripped up because I have my pricing page working but I can't move the toggle button inside columns.

Additionally, how do I add the green banner that says "Save up to 44%"
